The Power of Tens For Technology

St. Bruno School is hosting The Power of Tens. To participate, you only have to bring in a ten dollar bill, even though you can bring more than one. One person, who participated, will win a brand new iPad. (iPad 2) This is a chance to help raise money for the technology at our school. I hope everyone participates!

Fatten Up Our STB Cookbook

Hey everyone- the technology committee is in need of more yummy recipes to share in the cookbook we are putting together.  We have some, but a nice fat cookbook with many pages would be scrumptious!  The junior high students will be helping to organize the book, type in recipes, and sell advertising.  Recipes can be emailed to me, lesliesmall@stbrunoschool.com, Amy Epplin  at baepplin@mac.com, or sent to school on paper you hand write or photocopy.  Any format is fine.  All categories of food are welcome, and extras from families who already submitted will be used.  GIVE us MORE food!

Thanks for participating!

Track Practice Begins March 20th

Track practice for the Tamaroa/St. Bruno track team will begin on Tuesday, March 20th after school at the Pinckneyville High School track.  All students in fifth through eighth grade  who have a physical on file with the school are eligible to be on the track team.  You also need to have a desire to run (it is track) and/or participate in field events.  Students should be dressed for the appropriate weather conditions and ready to practice.

During the season, I will update track results on the blog. You can also find additional information here: http://stbrunoschool.com/track/

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or John. Looking forward to a great season!
