Susan Epplin – Susan Bathon Epplin is originally form Nashville, IL. She attended St. Ann School and Nashville Community High School. She is a graduate of Kaskaskia Jr. College. She was worked for The Farmers and Mechants Bank of Nashville nad at the First National Bank of Pinckneyville. She married David Epplin on September 16, 1978, in Nashville. Susan and David have five children. Pamela Jaycox of Bonne Terre, MO, Christopher of Culter, IL, Angela and Adam both attending SIU-C, and Evelyn a Junior at Pinckneyville Community High School. Susan and David have two grandsons. Susan has been employed here at St. Bruno School as a cook for the past ten years. She enjoys sewing, gardening, spendingtime withthe children, and attending Evelyn’s sporting events.
Mary Ann Buschschulte – Mary Ann attended Ana Elementary School in Ana IL, Trico Community High School in Campbell Hill, IL, and Michigan State University in Lansing, MI where she was formally trained in food Service Supervision. She is certified in Food Service Sanitation and has attended many hours of training and has had her license renewed annually. She married Leo J. Buschshulte on September 15, 1972. They were married 31 years before Leo passed away on November 30, 2003. They raised three children on a farm west of Pinckneyville were she still lives today. Her children are Teresa of Belleville, IL, John, and Marie both of Pinckneyville, and she has three grandchildren. She likes farm animals, gardening, canning, and spending time with family and friends.
